Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually
This role reports to the Director of Data & Analytics and will require a weekly in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you’ll do as an Analytics Engineer:
- Develop and execute strategies for our Global Logistics and FP&A data infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Take charge of linking ERP-related data with end-users in Accounting and Global Logistics, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility to facilitate informed decision-making and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and mentorship, ensuring cohesive collaboration across different departments to bolster and advance our global logistics network
- Work in tandem with the Global Supply Chain and FP&A teams, leveraging data analytics to inform and guide strategic decisions across the organization
- Lead the development and enhancement of analytical dashboards, focusing on both the transformation of data and the delivery of comprehensive insights for strategic supply chain management
- Drive the development and implementation of processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of both FP&A and Global Supply Chain operations
- Adapt and respond swiftly to new business opportunities and developments with relevant data-driven strategies
- Collaborate closely with FP&A and other departments to analyze and optimize supply chain operational spend, sharing key insights for informed decision-making
- Lead the transformation of complex data into accessible, visually appealing, and actionable insights for various stakeholders
- Guide the integration and use of ERP and other data systems, ensuring they provide valuable insights for business operations
Who you are:
- You possess at least four years of professional experience in analytics, ideally within supply chain management or a related field
- Proficient in advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, _dbt, BI tools) and familiar with data warehousing technologies like Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
- You possess a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and financial management, especially in a direct-to-consumer business context
- Skilled at identifying areas for improvement and leading the charge in implementing innovative, data-driven solutions
- You excel at seeing the bigger picture, making strategic decisions that drive value and efficiency
- Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)
