Salary: $164,050 - $193,000 in New York City, NY
You’ll be joining our Analytics Engineering Team
Our mission is to enable data-driven decisions across Carta by collecting accurate data, building scalable infrastructure and delivering advanced analytics. We believe in building a strong data foundation to ensure data quality and to promote self-service across the company. The team is split between Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering. We partner closely with Cartans across the company, especially Data Science and Machine Learning. We constantly think about how we can improve and grow.

- Build flexible, scalable and accurate data models to simplify our complex source data
- Partner with Business and Data Science teams to identify, document and create cross-company core metrics
- Set and promote best practices for data modeling
- Educate internal partners on effective use of our tooling and models

- Customer-centric. You’ll be working to simplify solutions and communicate them with your customers on a daily basis.
- Experience with the data from business systems (e.g. salesforce) is advantageous.
- 4+ years of experience recommended
