Analytics Engineer (Remote)
As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in querying and analyzing student usage and learning data to provide key insights to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will drive efficiencies in delivering this data by identifying patterns in the requests, building associated data pipelines, and automating workflows. What You'll Be Doing
- Prioritize and answer ad hoc customer and business questions using data
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and other tools to support our stakeholders' needs
- Define, analyze, and validate key metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success
- Design data models and build out efficient ETL pipelines in support of those models
- Communicate data, insights clearly, distilling complexity down to its essence
- Collaborate cross-functionally; empower and guide others to work effectively and efficiently with data
- Participate in Data Governance initiatives
About You
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 3+ years of recent experience in data analytics, data engineering or analytics engineering or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of SQL and Tableau
- Strong knowledge of Python, database structures and data warehouse technologies
Expected base salary range for this position is $75,980 – $106,350USD annually based on several factors, including experience and geography.
