Salary Range is $100,000-$134,000 USD annually

We have an immediate opening for an Analytics Engineer. This role is US based and open to an any timezone.  

This position works tightly with both business leaders and data engineers to design data visualization products, develop data pipelines, assist in development of our new data warehouse, and homogenize large datasets across a multitude of supported in-house and external products.

What You Will Do

  • Develop custom modules in Spotfire using Python and JavaScript for data visualization, interaction, and transformation.
  • Design and develop modern data visualization interfaces in Spotfire for client products.
  • Design complex analytics queries for integration in reporting and dashboarding
  • Develop pipelines for data integration of data from external products.
  • Work with reporting teams to establish data connections and logic to enable client data requirements.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and participate in technical discussions.
  • Assist with testing of data pipelines and outputs to ensure accuracy and quality of data.
  • Assist in administration of Spotfire servers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to establish requirements for products and collaborate with engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist individuals with troubleshooting technical and analytical issues.
  • Act as a source of knowledge to assist various teams in their skills development and understanding of business logic.

What You Will Need

  • Experience with API integration, data modelling and development in Python.
  • Experience with JavaScript for UI development.
  • Experience developing complex and efficient queries utilizing advanced SQL concepts.
  • Experience with development in TIBCO Spotfire.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into business logic.
  • Experience developing on a PostgreSQL data warehouse.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to quickly learn and utilize new concepts and technologies.
  • Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An eye for detail with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • A motivated self-starter that enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • B.S. in STEM major.
