What you'll do

You’ll own quality of experience metrics, insights, tools, and recommendations.
As an analytics engineer, you’ll work independently and across the data stack, including logging, data modeling, metrics development, visualization, and insights.
You’ll develop deep expertise in how client and server infrastructure work in partnership with Netflix engineering teams.
You’ll help us understand the Netflix member perspective on their experiences.
You’ll work with a world class team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists.

You have

Passion for solving real-world problems through analytics, tooling, and visualization, and an eye for independently identifying new, impactful analytic opportunities
Expertise in SQL, programming (e.g. Python), ETL, and data warehousing concepts at scale
Strong, effective partnerships with technical teams
Systems thinking and good judgment in making tradeoffs (e.g. when to be scrappy v. rigorous)?
Comfort with ambiguity; able to thrive with minimal oversight and process
