We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of clean, consistent, and actionable data to support critical business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across analytics, data science, and other departments to develop and optimize data models, pipelines, and dashboards.

Responsibilities (what you’ll do):

Design, develop, and optimize data models and analytics solutions to support reporting and advanced analytics.
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing the business and our product.
Develop and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards.
Support machine learning operations by providing reliable data infrastructure.
Quickly identify and address errors or issues in queries and data models as well as data pipelines.
Collaborate proficiently with stakeholders in analytics, data science, and cross-functional teams to deliver clean and consistent data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

BS in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
3+ years of experience in a similar data role (e.g., Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer).
Deep proficiency in SQL and designing data models.
Experience with Looker or a similar business intelligence (BI) tool.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Bigquery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
Well-developed business acumen and ability to align data solutions with business objectives

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools.
Experience deploying and maintaining data science models.
Knowledge of feature engineering and machine learning pipelines.
Google Cloud Platform experience preferred
