We are seeking a self-driven AI/ML Engineer who has a passion to adopt and work on new cloud AI technologies. As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll be part of our rapidly growing analytics engineering team and help to build the next generation of AI & ML solutions. You’ll have the chance to partner with Data Science and Business in a variety of transformations programs and impact the future of Supply Chain AI and Analytics like Inventory Optimization and Demand Sensing, Transportation and Cost to Service Optimization. Enabling them to design, build, and deploy new and innovative solutions you will be working on billions of records of retail and healthcare data.

- Develop scalable data applications on Cloud Platform working in partnership with Data Science teams and Data Engineering Leaders.
- Translate requirements into engineering design artifacts and data models.
- Build cost-effective and high-performing engineering solutions using standard tools & framework.
- Automate Real-time, API or Batch data integrations from internal and external systems.
- Use development best practices like code review, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD), release management, and version control.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently, demonstrating a strong ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently with minimal guidance.
- Adopt Enterprise Security and Compliance standards.
- Support and Optimize Production Data Operations.
- Adopt Agile mindset approach in building and enhancing data products.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab for CI/CD pipeline management.
- 2+ years of software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
- Experience in every part of the software development life cycle with solution design, implementation, and deployment.
- Expertise in cloud services, particularly Azure or GCP.
- Experience in Implementing AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction.
- Experience building automated data integrations pipelines.
- Experience working in agile teams with a focus on rapid delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills for aligning cross-functional teams on priorities and deliverables.
- Experience with setting coding standards, performing code reviews & mentoring junior developers.
- Experience overseeing project delivery by mentoring junior technical developers.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKS) for deploying containerized applications.
- Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or BigQuery.
- Experience with big data frameworks like Apache Spark, Google Dataproc, or Databricks.
- Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
- Experience with REST API/Microservice development using Python.
- Experience with orchestrating data workflow using automation tools such as Airflow.
- Retail and/or Healthcare experience and domain knowledge.
- Experience working in multi-developer environment, using version control.
Education
- Required: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree with coursework focused on advanced algorithms, mathematics in computing, data structures, etc.
