Today

As an Analytics Engineer Intern, you focus on high-quality technical execution, data curiosity, and rapid skill acquisition within the ED&A data transformation lifecycle. Operating under the direct guidance of senior engineering leaders, you are responsible for transforming raw data ingestion streams into structured, reliable data assets that support downstream business intelligence frameworks. Your technical execution centers on writing clean, modular dbt code blocks within our repository controls, logging schema updates, and turning raw inputs into discoverable data views.

Your soft skills development focuses on foundational data literacy, active team collaboration, and building a strong baseline understanding of how data translates into business metrics. You actively participate in squad rituals, collaborating with peers to turn execution requests into actionable items while learning to navigate Workday's enterprise systems. Concurrently, you accelerate your day-to-day delivery speed by aggressively adopting workspace AI productivity tools, including Sana and Gemini, using them to eliminate routine administrative reporting friction, automate standard documentation tasks, and scale your personal capacity.
